  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Printed Items: All custom printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items that have been personalized or customized with names, numbers, or specific designs.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@simplyspiritwear.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@simplyspiritwear.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Process: Once your exchange request is approved, follow the return process outlined above. We will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@simplyspiritwear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item you received is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
